These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital life planning platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our platform (the “Service”). - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access or interact with the Service.
- Use the Service to build or support a competing product or service.
6. Intellectual Property

7. User Content
You retain all ownership rights in any content, data, documents, or information that you provide, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service (“User Content”). Arcault does not claim ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Arcault a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and use such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service to you and other users. This may include the use of artificial intelligence and other technologies to process User Content in order to deliver insights, recommendations, or other features of the Service. Arcault will not sell or share your User Content with third parties for their independent use. However, in order to provide certain features of the Service, Arcault may transmit, process, or store User Content with trusted third-party service providers (for example, cloud hosting or AI processing partners such as OpenAI or Plaid) under appropriate agreements and safeguards. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to provide your User Content to Arcault and for the legality of such User Content.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, products, or websites. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies. Arcault is not responsible for, and does not endorse, any third-party services.
9. Fees and Payment
Some features of the Service may require payment of fees. If you choose to purchase paid features or subscriptions, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Arcault reserves the right to change its pricing and payment policies at any time upon notice to you. Continued use of paid features after a change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing and terms.

Arcault reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Arcault employs reasonable safeguards designed to protect your User Content and account information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices and maintaining appropriate security practices when accessing the Service.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, any violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Arcault disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Arcault, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arcault and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Massachusetts], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Boston, MA], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
