Frequently asked questions

LifePlan is a financial wellness benefit offered through your employer at no cost to you, so start by checking with your HR department whether your company offers LifePlan. If your employer doesn’t offer LifePlan yet, you can still sign up directly—or ask your HR or benefits team to consider adding it as a company-wide benefit.

Security and privacy are foundational to Arcault. We use industry-standard security practices—including encryption in transit and at rest—similar to those used across banking and financial services. Your personal financial details are never shared with your employer. They only see aggregated, de-identified views of how the benefit is being used and overall financial wellness trends across the company—not your individual accounts, balances, or decisions.

Your Arcault account is yours, even if you change jobs. If you leave your company or they stop offering Arcault as a benefit, you can choose to continue on your own by moving to an individual plan, or you can download your data and close your account. If you cancel, we delete or de-identify your personal information in line with applicable laws, keeping only what’s needed for things like legal, security, or accounting purposes
